Sour Cream Chicken
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz sour cream
- 1 stick butter melted
- 2 Tbsp poppy seed
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
Directions
- Place cooked chicken broiled or boiled in buttered casserole dish
- Mix soup and sour cream spread over chicken
- Mix butter poppy seed and crushed crackers together and spread over top of soup mixture
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes
