Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 12 c dairy sour cream
- 1 Tbsp softened butter
- 1 c 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips melted and cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla
- milk
Directions
- In small bowl blend powdered sugar sour cream and butter at medium speed until light and fluffy
- Blend in chocolate and vanilla at low speed until smooth
- If necessary add milk a teaspoon at a time until desired spreading consistency
- Frost cake and refrigerate
- Makes 2 cups
