Sour Cream Duck

Ingredients
- 1 duck
- 14 c flour
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 12 c sliced onion
- 12 c tomato juice
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 1 c sour cream
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Coat duck with flour fry in melted butter
- Add onion tomato juice and mushrooms
- Cook until onion is tender
- Cook duck until tender
- Remove duck stir sour cream in juice
- Pour over duck before serving
