Sour Cream Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet or milk chocolate pieces
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/4 c. sour cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar

Directions

1. Melt chocolate and butter; cool slightly.
2. Blend in sour cream, vanilla and salt.
3. Slowly beat in sugar until spreading consistency.
