Sour Cream Lemon Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 4 to 5 Tbsp flour
• 1 c milk
• 3 beaten egg yolks
• pinch of salt
• 14 c ReaLemon juice
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 baked pie crust
• Cool Whip for topping
• pecans for topping

Directions

1. Cook sugar flour milk salt and egg yolks in a double boiler until it starts to thicken
2. Then add lemon juice cook until it thickens
3. Cool
4. Fold in sour cream and place in a pie crust Add topping of Cool Whip and chopped pecans
