Sour Cream Lemon Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 4 to 5 Tbsp flour
- 1 c milk
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- pinch of salt
- 14 c ReaLemon juice
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 baked pie crust
- Cool Whip for topping
- pecans for topping
Directions
- Cook sugar flour milk salt and egg yolks in a double boiler until it starts to thicken
- Then add lemon juice cook until it thickens
- Cool
- Fold in sour cream and place in a pie crust Add topping of Cool Whip and chopped pecans
