Sour Cream Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 2 c sifted flour
- 14 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 c milk
Directions
- Beat egg and sour cream until light and fluffy
- Add melted butter
- Sift flour sugar baking powder baking soda and salt together
- Add to egg mixture with milk
- Stir only until dry ingredients are dampened
- Fill 12 greased muffin tins one half full
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until golden brown
