Sour Cream Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 23 c butter
• 2 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs beaten
• 34 c sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 c uncooked oats
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c raisins
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
2. Add eggs sour cream and vanilla
3. Beat well
4. Sift together the flour baking soda salt and cinnamon and add alternately with oats nuts and raisins Beat until smooth
5. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet Bake at 350 about 15 minutes
6. Cookies should be light brown and firm to touch
7. Cool on rack
8. Makes about 4 12 dozen
