Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients

• 2 eggs separated
• 2 c pt carton sour cream
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 34 c white flour

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until stiff add yolks and beat
2. Add sour cream with soda then the flour and salt
3. All this is easily done in your electric mixer
