Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lb frozen hash browns
  • 12 c margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 12 c onion chopped
  • 2 small containers sour cream
  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
  • 14 c margarine melted
  • 2 c corn flakes crushed

Directions

  1. Thaw potatoes
  2. Combine margarine salt pepper onion sour cream soup and cheese
  3. Blend together with potatoes
  4. Pour into 3-quart casserole dish or 2 1 12-quart dishes
  5. Mix crushed corn flakes and margarine together
  6. Sprinkle over potato mixture Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
