Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 2 12 c sugar
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 6 eggs separated
• 3 c cake flour
• 14 tsp soda
• 1 8 oz sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp lemon extract

Directions

1. Cream the butter and cream cheese
2. Add sugar and mix well Add egg yolks one at a time
3. Sift flour and soda together
4. Add this alternately with sour cream to mixture first flour then cream cheese ending with flour
5. Add extracts
6. Beat egg whites until stiff
7. Fold in with rubber spatula
8. Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan
9. Bake at 300 for 1 12 hours
