Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 12 c sour cream
- 3 eggs separated
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes drain
- Mix the flour with sugar
- Add beaten egg yolks
- Cream together and add cream and raisins
- Cook over low heat stirring until thick Cool and add vanilla
- Pour into baked pie shell
- Make meringue from egg whites and bake until nicely browned
