Sour Cream Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

• 3 c rhubarb diced fine
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 1 12 c sugar
• dash of salt
• 3 Tbsp tapioca
• 1 c sour cream

Directions

1. Place rhubarb in pastry shell
2. Blend together egg sugar salt tapioca and sour cream
3. Pour over rhubarb and bake
