Sour Cream Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
- 3 c rhubarb diced fine
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 12 c sugar
- dash of salt
- 3 Tbsp tapioca
- 1 c sour cream
Directions
- Place rhubarb in pastry shell
- Blend together egg sugar salt tapioca and sour cream
- Pour over rhubarb and bake
