Sour Cream Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 12 oz salmon
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 12 c melted butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 12 c corn flakes

Directions

  1. Crush corn flakes
  2. Drain off half liquid from salmon Combine all ingredients
  3. Place in a loaf pan
  4. Bake at 350
  5. If firmer texture is desired use less butter and add 1 more egg
