Sour Cream Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 can 15 12 oz salmon
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 12 c melted butter
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 12 c corn flakes
Directions
- Crush corn flakes
- Drain off half liquid from salmon Combine all ingredients
- Place in a loaf pan
- Bake at 350
- If firmer texture is desired use less butter and add 1 more egg
