Sour Cream Whipped Potatoes

Ingredients

• 7 c water
• 8 Tbsp butter
• 3 tsp salt
• dash of garlic
• 1 c milk
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 34 c sour half and half
• 7 c Hungry Jack potato flakes

Directions

1. Heat water add cream cheese sour half and half and butter until all ingredients are melted
2. Add milk salt garlic and potatoes
3. Put in buttered casserole dish
4. Top with paprika and pats of butter
5. Bake 12 hour at 350 covered
6. Uncover for the last few minutes
