Sour Cucumber Pickles

Ingredients

• small cucumbers
• salt
• vinegar
• water

Directions

1. Pack washed cucumbers in jars
2. Add 12 teaspoon salt
3. Fill jar with vinegar until you can touch it with your finger
4. Finish filling jar with water
5. Seal jars
6. Boil 10 minutes in cold pack canner
7. Remove jars and cover with a cloth until cool
