Sour Green Beans

Ingredients

• 3 strips bacon
• 1 16 oz can green beans
• 1 small onion chopped
• 14 c vinegar
• 2 Tbsp sugar

Directions

1. Fry bacon until crisp drain and crumble
2. Saute onion in bacon fat until transparent
3. Drain beans reserving liquid Combine vinegar sugar and bean liquid and pour over beans and onion in baking dish
4. Microwave or heat in medium oven covered
5. Sprinkle bacon over beans prior to serving
