Sour Milk Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 34 c flour
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 c cocoa
• 34 c sour milk
• 1 c chopped nuts optional

Directions

1. Cream shortening sugar egg and vanilla
2. Sift together and stir in remaining dry ingredients
3. Add milk
4. Stir in nuts if desired
5. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes
