Sourdough Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg dry active yeast
  • 1 12 c warm water
  • 34 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp instant potato flakes

Directions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in 12 cup of warm water
  2. Add remaining water sugar and potato flakes
  3. Leave the mixture out of refrigerator all day and refrigerate that night
  4. After 3 days take out and feed again and begin making bread as usual
  5. Put starter in refrigerator 3 to 5 days
