Sourdough Bread Starter

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 34 c sugar
- 1 c warm water
- 4 Tbsp instant potato flakes
- 34 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp potato flakes
- 1 c warm water
Directions
- Stir keep at room temperature for 24 hours Use 1 cup Starter to make bread Refrigerate remaining Starter until next feeding fourth day
