Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 34 c sugar
  • 1 c warm water
  • 4 Tbsp instant potato flakes
  • 34 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp potato flakes
  • 1 c warm water

Directions

  1. Stir keep at room temperature for 24 hours Use 1 cup Starter to make bread Refrigerate remaining Starter until next feeding fourth day
