Sourdough Culture

Ingredients
- 1 c milk
- 1 c flour
Directions
- Allow milk to stand in a warm place for 24 hours
- Using a wooden spoon stir in flour
- Allow to stand in a warm place until it forms bubbles and becomes very sour
- When ready place in a large loosely covered bowl and place in refrigerator
- Never use metal bowls or utensils when working with sourdough
