Sourdough Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 4 oz chipped beef or ham chopped fine
- 14 c finely chopped green onion
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
- 8-inch round sourdough loaf bread
- extra bread for dipping
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except bread
- Slice off top 14 of bread and hollow out carefully
- Make sure there are no weak points Fill shell with mixture
- Put bread top back on
- Wrap in foil and bake at 300 for 1 12 hours or at 350 for 1 hour
- Bread from the top and inside are used as dippers
- You will need additional bread
