Sourdough Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 4 oz chipped beef or ham chopped fine
  • 14 c finely chopped green onion
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
  • 8-inch round sourdough loaf bread
  • extra bread for dipping

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except bread
  2. Slice off top 14 of bread and hollow out carefully
  3. Make sure there are no weak points Fill shell with mixture
  4. Put bread top back on
  5. Wrap in foil and bake at 300 for 1 12 hours or at 350 for 1 hour
  6. Bread from the top and inside are used as dippers
  7. You will need additional bread
