South Of The Border Chicken And Rice

Ingredients

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 12 c chicken broth
• 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
• 3 c cubed cooked chicken
• 1 can Mexicorn
• 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 12 c instant rice

Directions

1. Combine soups broth and Ro-Tel in large saucepan
2. Heat until well-blended
3. Spread chicken in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan
