South Of The Border Chicken And Rice

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 c chicken broth
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 3 c cubed cooked chicken
- 1 can Mexicorn
- 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 12 c instant rice
Directions
- Combine soups broth and Ro-Tel in large saucepan
- Heat until well-blended
- Spread chicken in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan
