South Of The Border Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 12 c water
- 2 cans refried beans
- 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- taco sauce and jalapenos optional
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion drain
- Add taco seasoning mix stir
- Add refried beans and water stir
- Layer beef and bean mixture into a large oblong casserole dish 13 x 9 x 2-inch Spread sour cream over mixture
- Top with Cheddar cheese
- Add taco sauce and jalapenos if desired
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese melts
