Southern Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 4 c chopped apples
- 3 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 12 c butter
- 1 12 c chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter eggs and sugar
- Add oil add dry ingredients then apples and nuts
- Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
