Southern Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 c quick grits
- 4 c boiling water
- 2 to 3 Tbsp butter
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 34 lb grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown sausage sprinkle in bottom of 2 12-quart casserole Cook grits in boiling water per package instructions until thickened and creamy
- Add butter to grits and pour over meat
