Southern California Layered Dip

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 ripe avocados
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 jar La Victoria salsa
- 12 to 14 oz sour cream
- 12 to 1 lb Cheddar cheese
- 12 to 1 lb Monterey cheese
- 1 to 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch green onions
Directions
- You will need a 9 x 13-inch glass pan
- In a bowl peel and mash avocados
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to preserve green color
- Spread this mixture into the 9 x 13-inch pan
