Southern Fried Corn
Ingredients
- 14 c bacon drippings
- 10 ears fresh corn cleaned and kernels cut from cob
- 14 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
Directions
- Heat bacon drippings in a large skillet over medium heat Add corn kernels and cook 5 minutes Stir in 14 c milk salt and pepper Cook uncovered over medium heat 30 minutes stirring frequently
