Southern Italy Meat Balls

Ingredients

• 1 lb chopped meat
• 1 egg
• 12 c raisins
• 12 c penoli nuts
• 12 c bread crumbs
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
• 1 small clove garlic chopped fine
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Add all ingredients make 6 meat balls
2. Saute in olive oil until brown drain and place meat balls in gravy
