Southern Nut Torte With Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c sugar
- 22 Ritz crackers crushed
- 2 eggs
- 2 c pecans or walnuts crushed
- ice cream
Directions
- Combine vanilla sugar Ritz crackers eggs and 1 cup crushed nuts
- Pour into a well-greased Pam okay pie plate and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Top will be crisp and dry
