Southern Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c corn syrup
- 14 c melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 1 c shelled pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions
- Combine sugar syrup and melted butter
- Add beaten eggs and pecans to syrup mixture
- Add flavoring and pour into pie shell Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes
