Southern Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 12 c corn syrup
• 14 c melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 eggs well beaten
• 1 c shelled pecans
• 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

1. Combine sugar syrup and melted butter
2. Add beaten eggs and pecans to syrup mixture
3. Add flavoring and pour into pie shell Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes
