Southern Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 1 lb butter
• 3 c sugar
• 1 14 c milk
• 4 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 6 eggs
• 3 tsp flavoring your choice

Directions

1. Cream the butter and sugar well
2. Break the eggs one at a time in a small bowl
3. Combine all ingredients and beat for about 5 minutes Grease a large pound cake pan and bake for 2 hours at 275
