Southern Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 6 large green peppers
- 12 c chopped celery
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 c cooked rice
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 glove garlic
- 1 4 oz can mushroom slices
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions
- Cut thin slice from stem end of peppers
- Remove seed and ribs Parboil peppers in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes and then drain
