Southwest Macaroni And Beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 12 tsp chili powder
- 1 can Campbells condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can Campbells condensed beef broth
- 1 soup can water
- 1 can Mexican or regular style stewed tomatoes
- 1 4 oz size can chopped green chilies only use 12 of this can
- 12 c elbow macaroni uncooked
Directions
- In a skillet cook beef onion and chili powder drain
- Put all of this in a large kettle
- Add soup stir until smooth
- Stir in broth water tomatoes and chilies
- Heat to boiling
- Add macaroni
- Reduce heat to low
- Cook 12 minutes or until macaroni is very tender stirring occasionally
