Southwestern Shrimp

Ingredients
- 12 lb large shrimp
- 14 c finely chopped cilantro
- 1 finely chopped jalapeno remove seeds for milder dish
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- plain boiled rice
- 14 c finely chopped green onion
- 14 c tomato sauce
Directions
- Peel and devein shrimp cut in half
- Heat oil in nonstick pan over medium-high heat Saute onion cilantro and jalapeno for 5 minutesStir in tomato sauce Add shrimp and stir until shrimp turns pink Serve over white rice Serves 2
