Southwestern Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

• 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
• 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 8 oz can water
• 1 can whole kernel corn drained
• 2 cans chili hot beans
• 1 can green beans drained
• 1 large onion chopped
• 12 green pepper chopped
• 2 pkg chili seasoning mix

Directions

1. Put all together in a large pot and cook for a couple of hours on low
2. Serve over Tostitos chips crumbled up
3. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top
