Soy-Flavored Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 c fresh mushrooms sliced
- 13 c soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
- 12 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Skin chicken breasts optional for low-fat
- Place into a baking dish the breasts
- Add 13 cup water and place into a preheated oven at 325
- After 30 minutes add soy sauce
- Continue to cook for another 30 minutes then add chopped pepper and sliced mushrooms
- Continue to cook an additional 20 to 30 minutes
- Turn breasts several times to allow the soy sauce to penetrate the meat Brown lightly
- Serve with wild brown or white rice
- A low-fat dish and low-salt
