Ingredients

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 34 c water
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 2 c sifted flour

Directions

  1. Mix to a stiff smooth dough
  2. Drop by 12 teaspoon into boiling water dipping the spoon into water between each dumpling to keep dough from sticking
  3. Boil about 5 minutes drain
  4. Serve with goulash and stew
