SpaetzelsChewy European Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten
- 34 c water
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 c sifted flour
Directions
- Mix to a stiff smooth dough
- Drop by 12 teaspoon into boiling water dipping the spoon into water between each dumpling to keep dough from sticking
- Boil about 5 minutes drain
- Serve with goulash and stew
