Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Hillshire sweet Italian sausage
- 1 12 lb ground meat
- 1 12 oz can tomato paste
- 34 gal can Sams diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 18 c Anisette liquor
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 large green pepper diced
- 1 c grated carrot
- 1 c grated zucchini optional
- 1 12 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp sweet basil
Directions
- Brown sausage set aside and cut into thirds
- Brown ground meat onion and green pepper drain
- Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 hours
- Drain other fat from top of sauce as it cooks
