Spaghetti And Chicken

Ingredients

• 12 oz spaghetti
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic
• 34 c onion chopped
• 1 lb chicken breast halves in 1-inch pieces
• 3 c tomato chunks
• 1 c black olives pitted
• 1 c chicken broth
• 12 c basil leaves

Directions

1. Bring pot of salted water to boil cook spaghetti until tender 8 to 10 minutes
2. While spaghetti is cooking make sauce Put oil garlic and onions in a skillet over medium-high heat Saute until onion is soft but not browned
3. Add chicken meat cook 3 to 4 minutes stirring often
4. Add tomatoes olives and chicken broth
5. Simmer for 3 minutes add basil
6. Drain spaghetti return to pot
7. Toss with chicken mixture
8. Serves 4
