Spaghetti And Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 3 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 34 c dry bread crumbs
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove garlic minced fine
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and form small meat balls
- Place in a pie plate and microwave on High until meat balls are almost fully cooked about 6 to 7 minutes
- Rearrange once
- Give dish 12 turn during cooking
- Repeat procedure until all meat balls are cooked Add to spaghetti sauce the last hour of simmering
