Spaghetti And Meat Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 lb bulk Italian sausage
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes cut up and undrained
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 12 c chicken broth
- 1 8 oz pkg fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 lb pkg spaghetti uncooked
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In Dutch oven cook beef sausage onion and garlic
- Drain Add next 7 ingredients
- Simmer 30 minutes
- Prepare spaghetti as package directs
- Drain
- Serve sauce over hot spaghetti
- Pass the Parmesan cheese
- Serves 6 to 8
