Spaghetti And Meat Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 lb bulk Italian sausage
• 1 large onion chopped
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 28 oz can tomatoes cut up and undrained
• 1 6 oz can tomato paste
• 12 c chicken broth
• 1 8 oz pkg fresh mushrooms chopped
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp seasoned salt
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 lb pkg spaghetti uncooked
• grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. In Dutch oven cook beef sausage onion and garlic
2. Drain Add next 7 ingredients
3. Simmer 30 minutes
4. Prepare spaghetti as package directs
5. Drain
6. Serve sauce over hot spaghetti
7. Pass the Parmesan cheese
8. Serves 6 to 8
