Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb Prosciutto Italian ham or lean bacon
- 8 Tbsp butter melted
- 14 cup minced parsley
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and white pepper to taste
- 14 cup cream or half and half
Directions
- Finely chop Prosciutto and cook in 4 Tbsp butter
- Cook until crisp can do ahead and reheat
