Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients
- 26 - 32 oz spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 lb ground beef browned
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 13 cup minced onion
Directions
- Mix together cheeses sour cream and onion
- Set aside
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions
- Spray 9 x 13 casserole dish with Pam
- Spread half of spaghetti in dish Spread cheese mixture over spaghetti
- Spread remaining spaghetti over cheese mixture
- Mix browned beef and spaghetti sauce
- Pour over spaghetti filling dish to top
- Pour melted butter over sauce Cover with foil or lid
- This will taste better if you chill overnight but it is okay to go straight to oven
- Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
