Spaghetti Chop Chop
Ingredients
- 12 lb sausage
- 12 lb hamburger
- 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces
- 16 oz can Chinese vegetables
- 4 oz can water chestnuts
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles if serving big group 2 lb
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 4 oz pkg each shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Fry sausage and hamburger
- Season to taste
- Drain well Cook spaghetti
- Drain
- Dump all ingredients except cheeses and bell pepper in large baking pan Mix so everything is evenly dispersed
- Sprinkle cheeses over top then lay bell pepper slices over cheese
- Bake at 400 until cheeses are melted Serves many
