Spaghetti Parmesan

Spaghetti Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 lb spaghetti
  • 5 oz butter
  • 4 qt water
  • 5 oz Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water
  2. Do not overcook it is preferable that spaghetti be firm
  3. After draining place spaghetti in a large shallow saucepan
  4. Add tomato sauce and cheese
  5. Stir mixture over heat until the cheese melts and forms strands
  6. Arrange spaghetti in a serving platter
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with pieces of butter
