Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pkg dry spaghetti sauce mix
• 2 lb hamburger meat
• 2 pkg spaghetti noodles
• 14 c sugar
• 1 tsp oregano
• garlic salt to taste
• 1 medium onion diced
• 2 eggs beaten
• 12 c Parmesan cheese
• 34 stick butter
• 3 8 oz pkg Mozzarella cheese
• 16 oz carton cottage cheese
• 1 large can tomato paste

Directions

1. Brown hamburger meat and drain
2. Add tomato paste sugar oregano dry spaghetti mix onion garlic salt and 3 cups of water
3. Stir and simmer over low heat for one hour
4. Boil spaghetti noodles as directed on package cook until tender and drain
5. Add butter and eggs mix well
6. Take four casserole dishes in each dish put an even amount of noodles then a thin layer of cottage cheese on each
7. Take the meat sauce and cover each sprinkle Parmesan cheese and grated Mozzarella cheese over that
8. Put in oven at 400 until cheese is melted
