Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
- 6 oz pkg spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 13 c Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 8 oz can tomatoes cut up
- 1 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 12 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
- Cook spaghetti and drain
- Stir margarine into hot spaghetti Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs
- Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in buttered 10-inch pie plate
- Spread cottage cheese on top of spaghetti crust
- Cook ground beef until brown drain
- Stir in undrained tomatoes tomato paste sugar oregano and garlic heat through
- Pour meat mixture into crust
- Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 20 minutes
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top
- Bake 5 minutes longer
- Makes 6 servings
