Spaghetti Primavera
Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- 12 c slivered green pepper
- 14 c chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic crushed and chopped
- 1 c diced seeded tomato
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 34 tsp dried oregano leaves crushed
- 6 oz spaghetti cooked
- salt and pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Melt butter in medium frypan
- Saute mushrooms green pepper onion and garlic until tender
- Add broccoli tomato parsley and oregano to pan heat through stirring occasionally
- Spoon vegetable mixture over spaghetti toss well to coat
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese Makes 4 servings
