Spaghetti PrimaveraServes Four

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli cut into bite size
  • 2 small zucchini quartered and cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 4 asparagus spears in thirds
  • 1 12 c green beans 1 inch
  • 12 c frozen peas
  • 2 c thinly sliced mushrooms
  • 6 basil leaves chopped
  • 12 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 3 c seeded tomatoes
  • 14 c chopped parsley
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 12 stick butter
  • 12 c heavy cream
  • 23 c Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli zucchini asparagus and green beans in boiling salted water 4 minutes
  2. Add peas for 1 minute
  3. Drain and set aside
