Spaghetti Sauce For A Crowd

Ingredients

• 8 lb ground beef
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 1 large onion chopped
• 4 tsp garlic salt
• 1 12 tsp pepper
• 5 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 No 10 can crushed tomatoes
• 5 c tomato sauce 12 of No 10 can
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 bay leaves
• salt to taste

Directions

1. Brown meat and drain
2. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil Add to meat
3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 to 3 hours stirring often
4. Add water if necessary to keep right consistency Add olives oregano or basil to taste
5. Serves 50
