Spaghetti Sauce For Canning

Ingredients
- 12 bushel tomatoes
- 3 lb onions
- 4 green peppers
- 3 hot peppers
- 1 bunch garlic
- 1 c sugar
- 1 pt Crisco oil
- 12 c salt
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 5 12 oz cans tomato paste
Directions
- Prepare and make juice out of tomatoes
- Put onions peppers and garlic in blender until it looks like applesauce
- Add all ingredients together in large kettle cook for 45 minutes
- Can and seal
